BRAND WORK: "A Little Rain Must Fall" Campaign for Comcast
Comcast doesn't have control over the weather, but the company knows how frustrating it can be when the cable and internet go out because of a storm. To improve overall customer experience, I developed a comprehensive outreach strategy focused on Comcast's commitment to keeping customers connected during severe weather. The plan includes creating compelling email and SMS communications, developing engaging digital and social media content, and producing a series of commercials like the ones shown here that air in winter storm and hurricane-prone markets.
MORE WORK
I spent 18 years as a field, post and executive producer of all kinds of content for all kinds of audiences. The videos below highlight just some of that body of work.
